Methods of Payment

For your convenience, online and over the phone purchases can be made with a credit card or using the PayPal service. Please note that all our advertised prices are in U.S. dollars . Canadian credit cards will be charged with the U.S. dollar purchase amount and the conversion to Canadian funds will be made by customer’s bank or by the credit card issuing bank. If you would rather not use your credit card online from your home computer, you can have your order processed by sending us an e-mail.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase . We make reasonable efforts to package and ship the products you purchase in the safest possible way in order to prevent damages. When a package is delivered to you , we ask that you examine it closely prior to accepting and/or opening it . If you notice damages please do not accept the package or if already accepted contact the courier company.

Due to copyright laws software products are not returnable . We will gladly exchange your product if there is an error on our part or if we determine that the product sent to you is defective. Errors and defective products must be reported within 30 days of the date a shipment is received. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are also non-refundable , unless there is an error on our part.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store or over the phone, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site.

Advertising Rebate Policy

Any applicable taxes are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Applicable postage must be paid on mail-in rebates. Rebates payable in Canadian dollars are subject to currency fluctuations and may be subject to Canadian or U.S. bank processing fees.
